FAMILY & SYSTEMIC CONSTELLATIONS

Family & Systemic Constellations

The pattern is yours. The whole story may not be.

When the same problem keeps returning — in relationships, money, work, health, habits or the way you see yourself — I look beyond the isolated event. Family and Systemic Constellations help us explore your experience within the wider relationships and histories that may be shaping it.

THE SYSTEM AROUND THEM.

WHAT THIS WORK IS

This is not about blaming your family.

I understand a constellation as a way of seeing a present problem in the context of the system around it. That can include your own lived experience, family relationships, events carried through intergenerational lineages, and the roles or responses you developed to belong and survive.

Sometimes a pattern makes more sense when we stop treating it as an isolated personal failure. We can look at hidden loyalties, unresolved grief, inherited fears and what had to remain unspoken — without assuming that every difficulty began in your family.

The aim is not to create a neat theory about your past. It is to see more of what may be active now, so we can work with the situation more truthfully.

WHEN THIS LENS MAY BE USEFUL

You keep meeting the same edge.

You may have thought about it, talked about it or tried to change it. Yet the pattern returns in another form.

  1. 01

    Relationships

The same conflict, distance, role or choice keeps returning.

  2. 02

    Money & work

You reach a ceiling, pull back, over-give or repeat an old instability.

  3. 03

    Habits & self-sabotage

A response that once protected you now limits what is possible.

  4. 04

    Belonging & responsibility

You carry more than feels like yours, or struggle to take your own place.

  5. 05

    Perception & self-talk

The same inner judgement shapes what you expect and allow.

  6. 06

    No clear explanation

What is happening feels larger than the event in front of you.

THE VISIBLE PROBLEM · THE WIDER SYSTEM

What you notice is one part of the picture.

I do not decide in advance that your family system explains everything. We begin with what is actually happening and include the wider context only where it helps us see the pattern more clearly.

HOW I WORK

One person. One situation. The wider field.

I work one-to-one so the session can be tailored to you. You do not need to understand constellation theory or arrive with a complete family history.

  1. 01

    Name what keeps happening.

We begin with a specific situation: where you notice it, what it costs you, what you have already tried and what you want to change.

  2. 02

    Bring the relationships into view.

We look at your own experience and the people, roles, loyalties or inherited material that may be connected to it. We do not force a family explanation where it does not fit.

  3. 03

    Work with what becomes clear.

I may draw on structured constellation work, psychological understanding, gestalt-informed therapy or hypnotherapy. Spiritual or shamanic practice can be included where it is meaningful to you; it does not have to be.

  4. 04

Leave with an honest next step.

A session may bring a different view, a clearer boundary or something specific to integrate. I will not promise a particular result or pretend the work can change somebody else.

My current focus is one-to-one work, where I can be precise and tailor the session to the person in front of me.

TRUTH WITHOUT A NEAT STORY

“We talk to the truth of the experience.”

For me, that means naming cost and consequence without weaponising the story. It also means recognising what your life has given you without minimising what happened. Both can be true.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Direct work. No predetermined answer.

You stay at the centre.

The session is about your lived situation, not performing a method correctly.

The wider context is a lens.

A constellation is not a diagnosis or a factual reconstruction of family history.

The work is tailored.

Psychological, subconscious and spiritual approaches are included only where relevant.

There is no guaranteed outcome.

The work may offer a different way of seeing and responding; it cannot promise healing or change other people.

IF A PATTERN KEEPS RETURNING

Tell me what keeps happening.

You do not need to decide whether Family and Systemic Constellations is the right method. Share a little about the pattern, what it is affecting and what you want to change. If I think my work is a good fit, I can explain the clearest place to begin.
